refactor!: Using /usr/bin/env shebangsv1.0.1

Switched from /bin/bash and /bin/zsh to /usr/bin/env bash and
/usr/bin/env zsh. This allows the shell paths to be set by users in
their path.

BREAKING CHANGE: /usr/bin/env SHELL_NAME used as shebangs now
