Touch up the README a bit
- Reorder some things by relevance.
- Kinda-sorta officially sanction digging into internals (for
expressions anyway).
- Be a bit less rambling.
- Fix dead link to gen-manual-lists.py. It was removed after
the listing was removed from the Buildroot manual.
