	Add two new targets: - 'make kmenuconfig' runs the menuconfig interface - 'make dumpvarsconfig' lists all referenced environment variables together with their values (assuming they used the preprocessor syntax) Remove the 'kconfiglibtestconfig' target, which is no longer used.
