Make 10.45.0 releasev10.45.0

Improves the savedefconfig help text a tiny bit, in commit 13f84c7
("savedefconfig: Have '--out MINIMAL_CONFIGURATION' instead of '--out
OUT'").

Also improves 'source' performance a bit.
